Onweb on RedHat 6.0

Hi folks, I was waiting for someone who'll ask about permission problems. Onweb installs on it's own web server and perl as Tim mentioned. I've tried to install it on my Linux(test) box, either informix or root users can't access it. I'm hitting a page or I'd say port on server which I'm not allowed to. It doesnt even asking me user name and passwd.I'm not a guru on Apache but I looked at some articles htaccess and htpasswd seems fine as installation script sets them up. Any idea appreciated.
