S.O.SI assume that one of the sqlturbos is for the main menu program, which loads the menu from database tables based on security checks. If you don't need access to the database after loading the menu (i.e., you don't recheck security, load submenus at a later time, or use TEMP tables to hold the submenus), you can kill that sqlturbo process via sqlexit() (called either via a c program or (I think) directly, depending on your engine version). I'm not sure why you would have a 3rd turbo.
