extents

I am newly hired DBA. I ran tbcheck -ce on Online 5.03 on HP Box. Here is the info.. WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.syscolumns has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.sysprocbody has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.sysprocplan has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.account has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.case_hist has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.errorlog has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.event has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.summary_event has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.trans has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.judgment has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.judgment_debtor has more than 8 extents WARNING:TBLSpace coris:informix.judgment_delt has more than 8 extents I was told by an Informix Consultant to do the followings: 1. unload the table to a flat file 2. drop the table 3. create the table, get the extent size, next extent size, and row leveling locking. 4. load the tape...this willneed to have constraints dropped and trigger dropped. I cant find enough information about that script in any informix manual. Is an Informix Consultant right? Thanks, thuc
