710 Errors on 7.1 OnLine

Hi ya'll, Has anyone seen problems with OnLine 7.1 regarding error #710? Seems that there's a bug#36852 in which the systables get erroneously flagged as altered when in fact it did not happen. When you try try to apply a referential integrity constraint and it fails, it appears that OnLine thinks that the table has changed. As an aside, one of our subsidiaries is building an application and wants to do a lot of referential integrity checking. Problem is, Informix seems to want a separate index for any referential integrity constraint. We ended up with 34 indexes on one table :( Not a good thing. Has anybody found a way around this?
