Thanks a million The simplest way is to use dbexport/dbimport. Just type dbexport to get information on the parameters, and similarly with dbexport. If you have diskspace for it the simplest way is to create an empty directory. cd to this directory Type dbexport databasename (optionally with -ss to get online spesific data included). A directory called databasename.exp is created. Move this to the new machine and use dbimport databasename to import it.
