Hi Dan, I know it's crazy to have same file name in two different directories. But any way we have live with this. ( INFORMIX -- do you hear us ?) o.k. here is the deal --- 1) use "$INFORMIXDIR/incl/tools" when compiling 4GL programs 2) use "$INFORMIXDIR/incl/esql" when compiling ESQL programs Hope this helps you.
