You must have
a) Same versions of Online on both machines
b) Same OS and OS version on both machines
c) Same hardware on both machines
Are you sure that the secondary server is not say a Intel CPU and
the test server a Sparc CPU?
Try doing a straight
unload to "file" select * from <table>
and see if that looks ok and loads ok.
