Look in $INFORMIXDIR/etc/$ONCONFIG and look for a line starting
SHMBASE. If there is one chane it (if not add one) to
SHMBASE 0xffffffff
Also check OPTCOMPIND = 0 NOT 2 to reduce memory usage.
