SQLTrace retention purge seems to not work

I'm playing with SQLTRACE and have the OAT task setup to purge every 15 minutes at this point trying to get it to simply purge anything. Right now, it has filled up the dbspace and seems to not want to purge anything. I've looked at the proc it calls and I believe that something else is passing it the position in the trace table to purge before, but I don't know where that comes from. This is 11.70.FC8, but it's an older version of OAT (I believe the one that came with 11.70.FC4). ON another note, I'd pay good money of this website reliably let me post. At this point, I'm only able to create one new post per computer for some reason. I'm looking for any ideas whatsoever that anyone might have
