I believe sysfubpool is there since V10. sysactptnhdr appeared in version 11 AFAIK. But be careful, because there was a bug with it... Can't recall exactly, and I'm sure a formal bug was opened and I'm almost sure it's now fixed. If someone finds them in previous versions please correct me. Regards.
