Where can I found IBM International Language Supplement. I need it to get conversion files from win1250 codepage to utf8 codepage. Thanks!

If you want to convert the db in utf8 format, I think you just only have to dbexport and dbimport that db setting the environment variable "set DB_LOCALE=EN_US.utf8". After importing the db, in the Nls page from dbaccess > database > info, you will find something like.... NLS Capabilities and Attributes en_US.57372 Collating Sequence << that means utf8 codepage en_US.57372 CType
