Archivves worka at the page level thus there only needs to be one row
on the page for the page to be archived. Also remember onunload/unload
work at the page level as so only reduce the number of pages used in
the table if the page has no rows on it. E.g. 1000 rows each on it's
own page and you would see no different. Try using sql load/unload
statements (Remember to turn logging off first!).
