Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
David Grove could not open the IBM MySupport page in Firefox, getting a technical-error page, while Internet Explorer 11 worked. Luis Marques suggested clearing all IBM-site cookies in Firefox, since too many cookies could exceed the browser limit. David confirmed that fixed it. Solved.

A few days ago, we stopped being able to get to the IBM Mysupport page (so we
can login to our tech support cases).
We get a page that says:
"Sorry, something technical went wrong and the page is currently unavailable
Please check back soon
Go to IBM.com
Reference ID: 18.15d5c217.1550173487.15fab3d2"
Of course, it is not really useful to go to ibm.com.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Curious.

I am still experiencing failure to connect to IBM support with my current
browser (Firefox).
However, if I use Internet Explorer 11, it works just fine.

Have you tried clearing all the cookies from the ibm sites in Firefox?
I think it was with Firefox, that the several ibm sites added so many cookies
to the payload that it reached Firefox limit for them. Which them started to
wreck havoc on the ibm sites because cookies where being lost.

Thank you, sir, that was it.
