4GL on RedHat - segmentation fault

4Gl 7.32 UC2 and OnLine 5.20 UC2 on RH ES 3 (kernel 2.4.21-20.EL, also 2.4.21-4.EL) When I try to compile the simplest 4GL program I get a segmentation fault: /opt/informix/5.20/bin/c4gl: line 467: 12340 Segmentation fault $I4GLC1 $BFLG $ZFLG $ANSIFLG $CURSCOPE $ANYFLG $QUIET $F I'm in a bit of a bind. Neither OnLine nor 4GL seem to be supported on RH Enterprise versions (although the legend on the website also suggests that IBM's strategy is to support only "Enterprise" versions in future), so I'm not sure if I'll get any technical support help. Has anyone any ideas? thanks Neil
