Operating system. Version information. Who ran it, what dates, and where. Against what other RDBMS products? Again with full platform, operating system, etc. information. Running OLTP or ODS or DW workload? Who wrote the spec? Who wrote the code? Where were the results published? I think you mean "fact" as opposed to "FACT." Try politics not computing. -- Daniel A.
