My take on it is that with 9.2 in beta and the need for i.sell to be marketed that we're between a rock and a hard place. Can't put it on 9.2 just yet. No sense on doing it on 9.1x since 9.2 is just about ready. Still need to get it out. Also, 9.2 supports a server-internal java engine. It should make it easy to migrate to 9.2 once it's ready.
