If you mean character based for ISQL or 4GL vi or whatever editor you like to use makes up a nice painter. In ISQL there is a way to automatically generate forms for tables that you may modify with your editor. For 4GL there are tools in the user group archive that will generate the forms and write the program for you. Check out http://www.iiug.org If you are talking GUI NewEra has a screen painter.
