Out of buffer?

Hi, I got the following error message from an Informix IDS 7.30: <<Informix Dynamic Server>>> WARNING! Buffer pool size may cause Dynamic Server to get into a locked state. Recommended minimum buffer pool size is 4 times maximum concurrent user threads. <<Informix Dynamic Server>>> Logical Log 151 Complete. Any idea how to solve it?
