Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I am experiencing a conflict in a program where I reference both the
libisam.a and libifos.so libraries and they have a common reference to the
symbol "sqlidebug". Unfortunately they have incompatible sizes and I
believe that this is causing all of my ESQL/C calls to abort.
Does Informix figure that if your using ESQL/C that you don't need to use
ISAM at the same time? Please tell me it's not true.
Any light anyone can shed is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Troy Peterson
