Our client is a preferred subcontractor to two Big 6 consulting firms who have a two year+ application development commitment. They have an immediate need for professionals with the technical experience described below. Oracle DBA Prior experience performing 7.0 DBA tasks required. UNIX experience a big plus. Looking for a leader who can provide support for a 30 person development team. Very high pay for the right person. Must be available by mid-October. PowerBuilder programmers 10 "heads-down" PowerBuilder programmers required starting in mid-October. Experience with 3.0 or later required. Project Administrator Reports to Manager of 30 person application development team. Responsible for all administrative tasks relating to this project. Prior similar experience preferred. Must be PC literate (i.e. MS Office). Experience with computer-based project mgt software a plus. * Minimum of one year of experience in any of these areas * All candidates must demonstrate that they possess the "intangibles" - professional demeanor - understanding of business vs. technical objectives - proven problem solving skills - ability to work independently * All candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or have valid work authorization permits. * Fluency in spoken and written English is required * Degree preferred but not required.
