Web-based rapid development system to front end Informix?

I'm looking for a product which is a web browser based rapid development system for maintaining tables and performing other screen-based logic. The back end database would be Informix. Ideally the system would only need a browser terminal (perhaps Java enabled) and I would be able to rapidly develop my applications using it, over the Internet (or Intranet). The resulting application would also be browser-based with no need for further client software. Any ideas? Thanks!
