WinNT problem with esql

I have a C++ file with calls to roguewave libraries. Yesterday, I added some embedded sql to the file and attempted to process it using Informix's esql command line utility. It gave lots of compile errors when processing the rw header files. Specifically, on a forward of a class declaration.
