Migrating data from OnLine 4.1 to 5

Hi, We are planning to move from OnLine 4.1 to OnLine 5 The upgrade includes a disk change with a reinitialized, resized diskspace, (ie the rootdbs is being increased on the new disk). For this reason we cannot use an archive/restore to move the databases. Does anyone know of a reason why we can't use tbunload/tbload to migrate the data ?
