I can make all my date fields display four digit years, but users still input dates using two digit years (today being 122199 [in Americanese] rather than 12211999). Without dbcentury, a date in 2000 (or later) entered with a two digit year today would default to the 1900's (current century). So actually, the database may be Y2K compliant, but dbcentury allows you to upgrade your users! Now there's a thought for additional features..... carlos -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Carlos Benjamin, Jr. (623) 869 - 2364 Programmer/Analyst/Consultant Currently Assigned to Central Arizona Project mailto:inf999@cap-az.com -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
