CONSTRUCT. So good?

I look through an email about I4GL CONSTRUCT. Don't say it's bad but what about follows search criteria a) OR logic between two or more fields of a form, b) OR logic inside CHAR (using *), c) NOT between val1 and val2, NOT logic at all Maybe someone does not need them I do.
