Hi, Mananares Most probably the error comes up if the return value of a function is not caught correctly. This can for example happen if a function is prototyped incorrectly. The mean thing about it is that it doesnt happen immediately but some time after so it is hard to track it down. There is something in the FAQ about this plus a little debugging program called TSSHOG (or similar). Hope this helps Dirk
