If you can't find it, work around it.... make a cronjob or something if you have to.... cronjob could remove the bb.out files or cat /dev/null to them if size is the problem If you find something you suspect is the compiled generation of something involved, you could run the "strings" command on it (assuming unix) and see if that gives you more hints to chase down.
