using dbaccess, run the following:
select "grant select on", tabname, "to <user>;" from <database>:systables
where owner <> "informix";
Save the output to a file, run the file. Just make sure you save the output
to a file with sql as an extension so dbaccess will see it. (You do have to
remove the first line though)
