DBD::ODBC DBD::Informix on NT DBD::pNet on PC, pNetAgent on Unix I'd suggest DBD::pNet might be the best choice; I'm not sure what you'll need in the way of ESQL/C and DBD::Informix on the Unix box, but I assume it will require both of them. This avoids many of the problems with setup work on the PC - though I doubt if it avoids all of them. Alternatively, if you can connect from the PCs via other Informix tools, then DBD::Informix should be viable - it is not so well tested, though.
