Where are the fractions of a second of CURRENT?
I haven't seen this before, but when in dbaccess I issue:
select current
from dual;
Informix returns:
ct
-----------------------
2004-09-24 16:06:37.000
1 row(s) retrieved.
I keep the RUN option (holding R pressed) and I see how the second pass but I don't see the fractions of the second...
Why?
If I issue:
select extend(current, year to fraction(5)) ct
from table( set{1} )
Yet no joy:
ct
-------------------------
2004-09-24 16:09:14.00000
Really interesting?
- Maybe is a disabled option?
- it's dbaccess? (Although Winsql shows the same behavior).
- It's the engine
Rigth know I'm using
- IDS 9.30.HC2W8
- HP-UX ipsilon B.11.00
