modify logical log size from 1 MB to 2 MB

Hi, Good Day would like to ask the best way to modify the log size in informix from 1 MB to 2 MB for (IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.70.FC7). What I did so far was to add another log file with the size of 2MB and delete the 1 MB log file although after the deletion script the 1 MB file was still present when issuing onstat -l. Am I on the right track or is there a way to just edit the size of an existing logical files?

You do have to create new, larger log files and drop the old ones. Do a level 0 backup and then the dropped log files will be removed. While you are doing this you can create the new log files in a different dbspace if desired.
