Various problems with Online DS V7.3 for NT

Has anybody seen the following error with online DS for NT (7.3). This is the one that informix are giving away via the TNT program. When I start the system up, I get the error: AdmAgent.exe - Application error The instruction at '0x10087c69' referenced memory at '0x00000000'. The memory could not be read. Does anyone know if you can access the technical support that comes as part of the TNT program online? So far I have not been able to locate anywhere on theweb page where the support for this program can be accessed. Reading the 'features' documentation, there are supposed to be graphical adminstation tools with the product (space manager etc). The standard install did not appear to include these. Anyone know anything about them? Thanks Mark D
