Object Relational vs Relational

Hi everybody, I'm currently evaluating the Object-Relational features of Informix. I'd like to know what are the pros/cons noticed by people who are currently or who have tried to go into Object-Relational. What modeling tool are you using? (mine is ORcompass) Have you experienced it with Oracle?
