Another important problem with your deal... why cannot EUROPEAN CITIZENS apply to your offer? I'd rather prefer no answer and also I left you willing that no really clever specialist answer you. Also, I am a non european citizen ( i am from turkey)and i cannot apply to this offer. So i completely agree with Jorge.
