How to install DBI? URGENT!

hi, I downloaded DBI and tried to use it. But it met the following problem: can't locate loadable object for module DBI in @INC (@INC contains: C:\\Perl\\lib C:\\perl\\site\\lib ) at DBI.pm line 0 BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at DBI.pm line 158 Where should I put the DBI library? What environment should I set? My path of perl is c:\\perl. Thanks. Jing
