Please take a few minutes from you busy schedule to answer the following questions. 1. What type of support do you have? (ex. 7x24 ) 2. Are you satisfied with the support you get? 3. Are the turn-around times acceptable? why? why not? 4. What could be done to improve support? This is an independent poll. I am merely trying to evaluate Informix support.
