Web Datablade - Couldn't connect to database!

Hi guys, I'm having problem with my Web Datablade, where webdriver simply won't connect to my IUS 9.14 database. I have a Solaris user called "sia", and it has connect permission to my database. I verified using Informix SQL Editor and am able to connect using this user. However, when I set MI_USER to this "sia" user and MI_PASSWORD accordingly, and run http://myserver/cgi-bin/webdriver?MIval=apb it complains that it "Couldn't connect to database!".
