Terminal display issues on IDS 64 BIT.....

Hi,
We have a Informix 7.31UD2 (32 bit) in one system and 7.31FD2(64 bit) in
another system. When we run onstat utility such as onstat -u option on the
64 bit system, each line of the output (each thread) scrolls to two lines
and its very difficult to view the output. But its a single line output for
each thread on the 32 bit system.
Now i checked the Terminal settings etc on both systems and everything
looks exactly the same.
1) How do i correct this erroneus display on the 64-bit system ?
2) Is it any bug specific to this release ?
Any suggestion/comment is greatly appreciated.
