There is nothing wrong with your system. It is supposed to work this way. You get one tbinit for each page cleaner you have configured, as well as a tbinit for supervisor processes and a tbinit for cleanup. If you want a more specific answer, just post your tbconfig file and I could tell you exactly how many you should have. Also, read the Admin guide, it has a small section on this on 2-50 (Online User Table). The lower boundary of users consists of a minimum of 4 (which show in the process table as tbinits).
