Replace OCIW32.DLL ( = Oracle Call Interface for Win32) with a newer one ( 8.8.1996 -> 19.3.1997 or newer) and the MSDTC-Message will disapear. But this will probably not solve your problem ( since MSDTC startet anyway...)
