Bizzaro Behavior on the part of Informix.

OK, Maybe someone at Informix or someone with some spare time can answer this one: Informix 7.X engine. (RS6000) AIX4.14 Trying remote connections. in /etc/hosts.equiv used to have IP-Address + (All users at ipaddress ) And/OR Hostname + Had trouble with ODBC connections. Tried just Hostname And/Or IP address. Seemed to work. Also, it appears that Informix caches the allowable IP/hostnames in the engine itself??? Have not had time to duplicate this, obviously bizzare sh*t is happening.
