That and the fact that we had had about 7 "account managers" from IBM/Informix in the previous year. In various locations and offices. Whose contact details we only became aware of when we were (erroneously) refused tech support on account of them screwing up our product entitlements and were referred to our "new interim account manager". None of whom knew what the previous one had agreed with us. At least two of which were "no longer with the company". One of these, I understand, had been brokering deals which netted him full commission but left IBM/Informix in a very difficult position. Gawd bless yer, guv'nor.
