Yes, it has nothing to do with memory. It is a configuration issue. Make sure that you set the env. variables like INFORMIXDIR, INFORMIXSERVER in the control panel\\system\\environment variables. Reboot the system. If it still doesn't work, set the same using informix utility setnet32. IT IS NOT A MEMORY PROBLEM.
