Need Code Coverage Tool

I need a code coverage tool that works with ESQL/c. I am using a case development environment called Softbench and it takes of so much that I am losing the ability to fix things at low Unix levels. It builds my makefiles and I don't quite understand them. None the less I need a code coverage tool that works with Informix 7.12 on an HP9000/HPUX Version9.04. It would be nice if it integrated with my development environment, but I'll take anything I can get. Price is a concern. Thanks :)
