Hi,
this is a file internal to the ISM "book-keeping" of media,
objects, tapes, etc. I'm not sure why/how it can get lost.
Maybe you can find more info in ISM message log.
Possibly you can repair this by executing one of
the "nsr..." commands. Please check the ISM manual.
