Converting from SE to Online

Hi, I am new to Informix and I am looking for some advice on transferring from an Informix SE database to Informix Online. I have managed to figure out that I need to do a DBEXPORT and then a DBIMPORT. When I ran the DBIMPORT command (after I had run the DBEXPORT) it seemed to be working as the SQL statements were being displayed on screen. It then seem to stop for no apparent reason, no error messages were displayed. The database now exists when I load DBACCESS but it says the database is locked by another user ( I assume that the DBIMPORT did not finish and the 'other' user is me). Can anybody help me.
