How can I find powerful ODBC(level 2)

Hi everybody, I need a software to link my Winodows(both 3.1 and 95) applications(VB4 Enterprise Edition) to our Informix database (v7). And VB request that the ODBC package must support ODBC Level 2. Anyone knows who's selling it? Do tell me if you have a better suggestion. By the way,I've tried two packages,'Openlink','Sequelink',but they both seemed a little older,at least the support to Informix. Thanks in advance!
