Yasar,
Please, can You try to analyze the following:
1. Memory allocation by segment:
onstat -g seg2. Total memory allocation:
onstat -g mem3. If You find that some particular pool reported in (2)
is very big, please, try to investigate it with
onstat -g <pool name|session id>
If Your problem is related to some memory leak,
the output should help You to reveal it
