With all of the responses I have received I can not justify getting training myself just to figure out the other 4gl programmers code, but I will be able to make recommendation at least. I would enjoy going to training for personal knowledge but I do not think that it would be the correct reason. I will try to keep all who are interested updated. Thank you.
