I-Net Question

We purchased I-Net and On-Line last summer and its been sitting on the shelves since. We dusted off the On-Line and we've installed it, but we've been told that the I-Net will not work because of a version incompatibility. Can anyone tell me if I-Net 4.1 UD2 ^ | will work correctly with On-Line 4.1 UD3 ^ | I'm in the process of talking to my rep to get an exchange so that the minor revision number will be the same.
